It was not too long ago that Microsoft made an announcement concerning the new trailer for Halo 5: Guardians, where this particular trailer is said to arrive some time this coming weekend. It seems that such an announcement has been given a “pre-emptive strike” of sorts through certain cheeky parties, who have leaked out the trailer online for all and sundry to watch this 90 second clip on what is to come.

This particular trailer shows something interesting, which includes a cover-up that surrounds the death of Master Chief, where the ‘Office of Naval Intelligence’ cooked up this particular story in order to play along with their agenda. The trailer would follow the Blue Team, which will see the Master Chief and allies from his early years being tracked by Fireteam Osiris, and it opens up the door for discussion concerning ethics where government organizations are concerned, as well as the quest for digging up the truth.

Well, with word that 343 Industries are already working on Halo 6, we should not be too worried as to whether Halo 5: Guardians will be a flop or not, as signature titles rarely are on their respective platforms. Anyways, from the trailer alone, it looks like one is going to invest a fair amount time in the game when it arrives.
