putinphoneIt looks like the Russian phone customization company known as Caviar is all set to send your hearts aflutter with yet another version of the Putinphone – which does seem to be in tune, especially after Apple has rolled out their brand new iPhones recently. Hence, it is no surprise that the new and refreshed Putinphone will be based on the iPhone 6s, where the internal bits and pieces all remain the same, but the exterior – ah, that is where you will see all of the changes. It does make us feel as though they are a firm believer of judging a book by its cover. As expected, you will see Vladimir Putin’s face being encrusted in gold on the back, in addition to a few lines from the Russian national anthem, making this one of the more patriotic phones that we have seen to date.

Apart from that, the Putinphone comes with a titanium base at the back. Apparently, the color, texture, and strength characteristics of titanium are meant to be an accurate reflection of “the essence of a strong, invincible and strong-willed character, inherent to the person who never gives up”

Take a deep breath now – the official name for the new Putinphone stands as Caviar Ti Gold Supremo Putin «Anniversario Edizione 63», where only 63 units were made in honor of the Russian president’s birthday. The asking price for the 64GB and 128GB models stand at $3,174 and $3,334, respectively.
