grand-on-tenaaIt looks like there is yet another unrevealed handset that has already made its way to China’s regulatory body for consumer electronics and devices, better known as TENAA, and this particular smartphone happens to be known as the Samsung Galaxy Grand On. Ah well, it seems that this is yet another device which needs to be kept track of under the Galaxy family of devices, which is getting more and more crowded actually. The Samsung Galaxy Grand On is said to feature the model number SM-G5500 while it boasts of support for Chinese TD-LTE networks.

Where hardware specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Grand On happens to be listed to feature an unknown chipset that carries a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, a 5.1” 720p display, an 8MP shooter at the back, and a 5MP front-facing shooter. As for the mobile operating system of choice, we are looking at Android 5.1 Lollipop here, although chances are it might very well get Android 6.0 Marshmallow in due time.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand On will feature a chassis that measures 142mm × 71.9mm × 8.5mm, as it tips the scales at 140 grams. As for pricing and availability, that remains to be seen as at press time.
