galaxy-view-new-leak

Samsung has been making big tablets for a while now, the company has released multiple tablets with displays over 12 inches, and even Microsoft beat Apple to it. The fruit company only announced the iPad Pro a few weeks back and is going to release it in the near future. Not to be outdone, Samsung has created a truly massive 18.4 inch tablet a seemingly official render of which has leaked once again.

The company teased this product a few months back and it was revealed in subsequent reports that the Galaxy View is an 18.4 inch tablet, from what we’ve seen about the specifications so far it might not be a very powerful tablet, it’s massive display will certainly be its biggest selling feature.

According to reports the Galaxy View has an 18.4 inch 1,920×1,080 pixel resolution display. There’s an octacore Exynos 7580 processor under the hood coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage with microSD card support. The tablet has a 5,700mAh battery and will be available in Wi-Fi and 4G LTE flavors.

The leaks comes from none other than @evleaks who posted these renders to Twitter earlier today, the renders show the first, back and side view of this tablet. It’s interesting to note that the Galaxy View has a kickstand built right into the actual design itself which should make carrying the device and keeping it steady on an even surface quite easy.

Samsung has not yet officially confirmed when the Galaxy View will be available for purchase, though rumor has it that when it does arrive the tablet will cost $599 in the United States.
