Sprint has yet again expanded its Direct 2 You service through which it sends a representative to your doorstep allowing you to pick out a phone and get on Sprint no matter where you might be. The service is now available in more cities, from Coast to Coast as the carrier calls it, with people in Charlotte, N.C., Cincinnati, Las Vegas, Nashville, New Orleans, Pittsburgh and Salt Lake City now being able to take advantage of this service.
Using this service is very easy. People can request to have their new phone delivered and customized to their preferences. Sprint eliminates the need to go to a store by sending the device to your specified address at the desired time, and a representative will be on hand to aid to in transferring data from your old phone to the new one.
It doesn’t matter where you might be, at the home or at the office, or even in the park, you can have Sprint come to you instead of the other way around with Sprint Direct 2 You.
The service is already available in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and Denver. The carrier has plans to further expand this service to cover more cities across the country in the coming year.
