In the market for a tablet just for your little ones? Verizon can help you with that. The company is continuing its partnership with Ellipsis further, it has already launched multiple tablets with this brand, and today launches the Ellipsis Kids Tablet. As the name clearly suggests this slate is meant for the little ones and will allow you to control their experience to make sure that they remain safe when using the device.

Ellipsis Kids tablet features an 8.0 inch IPS display, it also has 16GB of onboard storage with microSD card support, a 5,000mAh battery, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, a 5 megapixel rear and a 1.3 megapixel front camera.

The tablet comes with a free Zoodles Kid Mode subscription which allows parents to load up the tablet with age-appropriate apps, games and videos for their children. All of the content is meant to be entertaining as well as educational, the idea is to create a safe environment for children so that parents can stop worrying about their child’s safety when they’re using the tablet.

Parents will also be able to access features like app block, time limits and a child lock to have full control over the experience. Verizon will start selling the Ellipsis Kids tablet from November 12th for $249.99 outright, for $79.99 on a two year contract and for $10.41 month for 24 months on its installment plan.
