Fallout4_PIPBoy_Edition_ContentIt is now the 11th of November meaning that Fallout 4 was released yesterday. Technically all gamers who have placed their pre-orders should have received a copy of their game by now (physical copies, that is). Unfortunately it seems that for some gamers, they have experienced some last minute delays.

However it also seems that the delays are mostly affecting gamers who ordered the Pip-Boy Edition, which is weird since we have seen some unboxing videos meaning that the game has been making it to the hands of gamers just fine. The delays are coming from a variety of retailers such as Amazon, Target, and GameStop.

According to a statement made by GameStop to the folks at Kotaku, “Due to an unforeseen shipping issue, a small number of orders for the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition were delayed by one day. We were able to ship these items today and affected customers will have the game shortly. We are working vigilantly to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”

This means that gamers who did not receive their game yesterday like they should can expect to get their hands on it later today, hopefully. In the meantime any of our readers affected by the delay? Let us know in comments below! In the meantime based on early reviews, it seems that Fallout 4 has been received rather favorably.
