Jeff Bezos finds the F-1 engines

Republican presidential hopeful Donald J. Trump is known for getting into trouble, saying things that he shouldn’t say and even tweeting things that he shouldn’t. His tweets have caused many a controversy, so much so that Saturday Night Live did a sketch just on his tweets when he was hosting, and Trump is back at it. He took some swings at Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos who in turn offered to blast Trump up into space.

Trump sent out a couple of tweets concerning Jeff Bezos and his business, ripping apart both Amazon and The Washington Post, the iconic scribe that Bezos purchased not too long ago. Trump accused of Bezos of using The Washington Post to keep taxes down at his “no profit company” Amazon.

The presidential candidate even went on to predict that if Amazon ever had to pay fair taxes, “its stock would crash and it would crumble like a paper bag,” reiterating that The Washington Post “scam” is what’s saving the company.

Bezos wasn’t going to take all of this quietly. The man has a Twitter account since 2008 but he has only tweeted four times in more than half a decade, so he made this a rare exception and tweeted his response:

From the looks of it Bezos is quite happy to have been trashed by Trump, so much so that he’s offering to send him up to space. I’m sure Hilary will quite like that.
