beosound-35-02[CES 2016] Bang & Olufsen is a company that many probably associate with high-end speakers with sleek industrial design, and it seems that in 2016 the company has not disappointed as they have announced their latest speakers, the BeoSound 35, at CES 2016. The BeoSound 35 is one of several speakers announced, but if you’re after a more compact system then this might be for you.

Shaped like a soundbar, the BeoSound 35 is a wireless speaker is more than a soundbar. The company is calling it an “all-in-one integrated music system”, which basically means that it comes integrated with support for music streaming services such as Spotify, Deezer, and TuneIn radio stations. Tidal and Apple Music users would be out of luck here.

The BeoSound 35 will feature an OLED display with touch controls to adjust volume and playback, and can be controlled by any remote control from B&O or via its smartphone app. It can also be paired with the company’s other speakers so if you want to create a multi-room setup, you should have no problems doing so.

The speakers are made from aluminum which allows for better heat dissipation and will also be able to project 180-degree audio. It can be wall-mounted or placed on a stand, depending on your preference. It will not come cheap though, and it is priced at $2,785 and it is expected to be made available this coming April.
