Back in November 2015 and during BlizzCon 2015, Blizzard announced a slew of new heroes that they will be adding to Heroes of the Storm. For those unfamiliar, Heroes of the Storm is Blizzard’s take on the MOBA genre, and it also features a host of heroes and characters from Blizzard’s franchises, making it particularly fun for gamers who are acquainted with them.

That being said, one of the new heroes announced back then was Greymane and according to a tweet from Blizzard, the good news is that the character will be added into the game today. Greymane is unique in the sense that he can shapeshift between a Worgen and a human and is actually based off the World of Warcraft universe.

He is an NPC in World of Warcraft and is actually the leader of the Worgen race on the Alliance faction. For those looking to learn more about the character, there is an entire Wiki page dedicated to him which you can check out here. No word on how much Greymane will cost, so we guess we’ll have to wait for his release to check it out.

In the meantime, if you’d like to learn more about the character, you can watch the video above, courtesy of Curse Entertainment, where they go into detail on some of the hero’s abilities.
