With so many major titles having tightly integrated online gaming components it’s never really a pretty picture when the servers go down and players can’t get access to online features of their favorite games. Naturally they take to social media to vent their frustration and that’s precisely what GTA Online players have been doing for hours now, more than 15 to be precise.

It has been more than 15 hours since GTA Online servers have been down. Players are seeing an alert on their respective platforms telling them that “The Rockstar game services are unavailable right now, Please return to Grand Theft Auto V.”

This is frustrating to say the least since players have the daily objectives streak to worry about and they wouldn’t particularly like not being able to do what needs to be done. For its part, Rockstar has acknowledged through a notification on its website that there’s some issue with the servers but hasn’t said when it’s going to be resolved.

Updates from Rockstar are few and far between which only make gamers more anxious, many of which just want to complete their run of daily objectives to ensure that they are on track for a big payout at the end.

The notification on its website has not yet been updated and there’s no news filtering in from Rockstar’s official Twitter account. Seems like it may take a while before Rockstar is able to fix these server issues.
