If you’re a gamer who’s also a James Bond fan, you might recall that back in the day on the N64 console system, there existed a title called GoldenEye 007, which fast forward to today has become something of a classic. It is also possibly one of the few video game-movie tie-ins that doesn’t actually suck.

However safe to say that the game is very, very old meaning that by today’s standards, its graphics are out of date. But thanks to YouTuber Jude Wilson, he has decided to reimagine the game if it were to be remade using Unreal Engine 4, and boy does it look very, very impressive indeed!

According to Wilson’s description, “I have combined the N64’s original layout with the film’s look and feel using Unreal Engine 4. I have tried to get it as realistic as possible, using the film’s interiors, props and lighting but, remaining true to the original game at the same time.” The end result is amazing and we’re sure fans of the classic will agree.

That being said, Wilson only remade the Facility map from the game, so if there are other maps that you were hoping to see remade, that doesn’t seem to be the case right now. While developers did release a modern take on the game back in 2010, we have to wonder if re-releasing it a third time might be pushing their luck.
