About a week ago Apple launched a new screen protector program for customers in Japan, enabling customers to get a Belkin screen protector carefully applied to their iPhone inside the Apple Store. The company has launched this program in the United States today and is also rolling it out to other countries. Screen protectors are only applied through Apple’s own retail stores in supported countries.

Customers can now purchase Belkin screen protectors from the Apple Store itself for iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus and then have it carefully applied by a trained employee at the store.

This service was already being offered at select Apple stores throughout the country since last week but today it has officially been rolled out to all stores in the United States, so claims Belkin on its website.

It’s easy to purchase a screen protector off Amazon and then try applying it yourself but if you’re new to it then you might end up with air bubbles or imperfections once the protector has been applied. That doesn’t look good at all so if you’re planning on purchasing a new iPhone from the Apple Store and would like to apply a screen protector, best get it done at the store itself.
