Yesterday we reported that Ubisoft had finally decided to release Assassin’s Creed Identity worldwide. However at the time of launch, it seemed that only the iOS version of the game was available, so the question is what about Android gamers? Have they been left out of the loop? Nope, Ubisoft has not forgotten about you guys.

According to Ubisoft, they have announced that the Android version of the game will be arriving later this spring. Unfortunately the company did not mention any particular date that the game will be released, but at least we know that it will be coming, so we guess we’ll just have to keep an eye out for its release.

For those unfamiliar with Assassin’s Creed Identity, this is a game that was launched in 2014. The game was initially soft-launched for select markets, but for some reason it was never launched on a global scale. However yesterday the developers decided to release the game as a paid title after briefly taking it down before putting it back up for sale again.

Assassin’s Creed Identity will play more or less the same as other Assassin’s Creed games. Gamers can explore wherever they want, customize their characters, level up, and complete missions. It is a paid title and will cost $4.99. iOS gamers can go ahead and check out the game at the iTunes App Store.
