While many are probably eagerly anticipating the next season of Game of Thrones, we’re sure there are many who are eagerly looking forward to the next season of Marvel’s Daredevil which is expected to begin showing on Netflix next month. So far the latest trailer we’ve seen features the show’s upcoming antagonist, the Punisher, but it looks like we have a new teaser.
In the latest teaser, we are treated to none other than Daredevil’s potential love interest, Elektra. It will be interesting to see how her character will play out in the show, especially given that while she is known as an assassin, she has also been known to play the good guy, so we can’t wait to see what her character will bring to the table in the series.
Elektra will be played by Élodie Yung in the Netflix series. She was also previously played by Jennifer Garner in the 2003 Daredevil movie and her own spinoff in 2005, although both of which weren’t particularly good, so here’s hoping Yung will be able to redeem the character in the upcoming series.
Daredevil season 2 is expected to be released on the 18th of March, and in true Netflix style, all the episodes will be released at once so all you binge watchers out there, time to get start getting ready because it will be released in less than a month’s time!
