Many of us have been anxiously waiting for the new Hitman game to arrive. It has been a long time since a new title in this franchise was released. There’s a lot of excitement about the upcoming game and there’s another reason to get excited now because the Hitman beta launch date has now been confirmed.

Going by the details available about the beta right now is that the Hitman beta is set at a “top secret recruitment and training facility” and revolves around the story of how Agent 47 joined the ICA.

In case you’re wondering how you can access the beta, all those who have pre-ordered the upcoming Hitman game will have guaranteed access to the beta which goes live for the PlayStation 4 on February 12th and for PC on February 19th.

So if you’ve not yet placed a pre-order you can do so online at buy.hitman.com. It really is a major incentive to put money down for this game before it arrives. Digital download pre-orders are currently only available for PlayStation 4 and PC Steam.

It has already been confirmed that the new Hitman game is going to be released on March 11th and the initial launch will include the Prologue and the Paris location. The next location, Italy, will be released in April followed by Morocco in May.
