htc-logo-sketchHTC has made several Windows Phone handsets in the past, although their last effort was back in 2014 with the HTC One M8 For Windows. However it looks like HTC has not given up on their plans to create more Windows devices, at least according to a job listing that was recently discovered, although it was originally posted back in December 2015.

According to the listing, it is calling for a Director of Account Management. Part of the description reads, “In addition, this person will lead all aspects of sales and business development interaction with HTC, one of our top 3rd party phone device partner accounts. Being the HTC AM will have a heavy emphasis on coordinated strategy development with OSG, Marketing, and OEM.”

If anything this sounds like Microsoft is continuing to work with HTC, although exactly on what remains to be seen. It is possible that we could be looking at tablets, but the description did mention phones, so we can only assume that HTC and Microsoft might be working on new Windows 10 Mobile devices.

This is just speculation for now, but like we said, HTC has created Windows handsets in the past, so the idea of them working together again isn’t really that much of a stretch, but what do you guys think? Does the idea of a HTC One M10 powered by Windows 10 Mobile sound appealing to you?
