It has been confirmed today that Square Enix is going to bring five of its hit games to the NVIDIA Shield. The titles that are set to arrive include Tomb Raider, which has actually been launched today, and is readily available for GeFore Now members to stream for free. All the games from Square Enix will be released for Shield users via NVIDIA’s game streaming service called GeForce Now.

In the coming months, Square Enix’s Sleeping Dogs, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, Murdered: Soul Suspect and Quantum Conundrum will all be available for the NVIDIA Shield via GeForce Now.

Square Enix is the latest publisher to bring some of its hit franchises to the Shield platform as more publishers see the potential in this platform and jump on board.

“Square Enix is delighted to join the NVIDIA SHIELD platform and enable instant access for gamers to stream our award-winning franchises like Tomb Raider with GeForce NOW,” said Janet Swallow, a Square Enix executive.

The library of games available to subscribers is gradually increasing. There’s now a growing catalog of PC quality games on NVIDIA Shield that’s available for $7.99 per month. New subscribers get the first three months for free and it’s only after that they have to pay $7.99 per month.
