star warsGiven that it will be a while before we are treated to Star Wars Episode VIII, we’re sure that in the meantime fans will probably want to consume as much information related to the new trilogy as possible. The good news is that you will probably get your wish with the Blu-ray version of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

It seems that someone might have accidentally revealed the upcoming features for the movie’s Blu-ray. Assuming this is true, this is what fans can look forward to. “Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey: The Story Awakens: The Table Read, Building BB-8, Crafting Creatures, Blueprint of a Battle: The Snow Fight, The Visual Magic Of The Force, John Williams: The Seventh Symphony, Deleted Scenes and Force For Change”

It has also been suggested that because of the number of features and its length, that it is possible that there could be a separate Blu-ray just for it. Now if you’re still buying DVDs, we can’t say for sure if all these features will make its way onto the DVD version of the movie, although given that in the past special/additional content on the Blu-ray and DVD tends to be different, we wouldn’t be surprised if the DVD version will not pack all the same content.

Unfortunately there is still no official release date for the Blu-ray release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but speculation has suggested that it could be released on the 5th of April, so check back with us then for the details.
