Microsoft often launches special edition wireless controllers for its consoles to provide customers with more choice. It’s modern camouflage-patterned, military-inspired controllers have proven to be quite popular, and today the company has announced a new special edition shadow design series for Xbox One wireless controllers. Dusk and Copper Shadow controllers have been launched today for Microsoft’s console.

These new controllers for the Xbox One feature a faded color gradient finish, blue to black for Dusk Shadow and copper to black for Copper Shadow, this is the first of its kind for Xbox One controllers.

There’s nothing fundamentally different about the controller itself aside from the paint job so they have all the standard features of a controller, including Impulse Triggers, enhanced D-pad, 3.5mm headset jack and responsive thumbsticks.

Interested customers can place a pre-order for either of the two controllers today. Later this month they will be available through participating retailers in U.S., Canada, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil and in select countries across the globe by next month. Availability and price will vary by region.

In the United States, the Copper Shadow controller is available exclusively from GameStop and Microsoft Stores while the Dusk Shadow is available exclusively from Microsoft Stores and Best Buy for a limited time. Both cost $69.99 a pop.
