It has been confirmed today that Episode 5 of Minecraft: Story Mode will be available for download on PC, Mac, Windows 10, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, iOS and Android in the very near future. It has also been confirmed that three more episodes are incoming for Minecraft: Story Mode later this year.
In Episode 5, Jessie and buddies will be off to a “special land” called Sky City. Not a lot of details have been revealed about the new episode yet as players are obviously being urged to play the latest episode to find out for themselves.
Episode 5 will surely not be the last that we see of Jessie and the gang. It has been confirmed today that three extra episodes will be released “some time in 2016.” It has further been clarified that the new episodes are not part of the existing season pass.
The new episodes will be available for purchase to anyone who has downloaded at least one episode of the first season. No detail has been provided as yet about the content that’s going to be included in the three new episodes only that “they’ll be great” and that they will be slightly different when compared to episodes previously released.
