Competition in the online TV streaming arena is steadily increasing so the companies playing the field need to offer a robust service at a price that’s just right for people to take the plunge. Sony jumped into this market with PlayStation Vue, which unlike some of its competitors offers access to major networks as well, but that access comes at a price. If you’ve been looking to subscribe but always found the prices to be a bit high then you’ll the fact that Sony has cut PlayStation Vue prices by $10.

The $10 cut applies to all three PlayStation Vue subscription plans: Access, Core and Elite which are now available for $39.99, $44.99 and $54.99 respectively.

PlayStation Vue Access offers more than 60 channels including broadcast TV, cable, movies and sports. There are more than 75 channels on Core that also includes regional sports networks. Elite offers the best with additional sports channels as well as top movie and entertainment networks.

Sony has also announced that channels from Disney and ESPN Media Networks are also being added to Vue. With the subscription, they will also be able to access apps from Disney and ESPN Media Networks by logging in with their PSN login on a compatible device.

ABC local stations are being added to New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and San Francisco starting today. More information about plans and pricing is available at the PlayStation Vue website.
