There is a saying that goes something like this – there’s no smoke without fire, implying that lies and rumors do not simply get circulated if there is no cause for it to be in the first place. Well, when it comes to modern day smartphones and mobile devices, chances are you might be able to hear about them before they are made official – and the 4th generation Moto G from Motorola, also known as the Moto G4, has been allegedly spotted prior. This time around, it looks like it has been spotted in a video.

The alleged Moto G4 is said to come with a fingerprint scanner that will be located squarely on the front of the device, and if you turn the handset to its back, you will be able to find the familiar Motorola logo, a camera with an LED flash, and a slew of different sensors. The device caught on the video would most likely be a prototype device, although we are no going to rule out the very real possibility that this is but one version of the device, with a few other versions in the pipeline.

All in all, we just need to wait for something more concrete on the FCC concerning the Moto G4 in order to have further confirmation of its existence.
