LG-V10-11

LG V10 owners on AT&T will be delighted to hear that the carrier has finally released Marshmallow for this handset. It was only a few days ago that T-Mobile released Marshmallow for LG V10 users on its network so AT&T users will appreciate that the company didn’t take too long to come out with this update for its users. AT&T is rolling out the update right now over-the-air.

Since it’s a major Android update, the release comes in at over 1GB, which means that users are going to require a pretty strong internet connection to quickly download the update file.

All of the features that one expects from Marshmallow are included in this update, things like better app permissions, improved Doze mode, Google Now on Tap, Doze mode and much more.

Since AT&T has just released this update over-the-air it’s likely that everybody is not going to get it at the same time. It’s going to be a phased rollout which means that it will take some time for the upgrade to go live across all regions.

At least LG V10 owners on AT&T can rest assured now that the much-awaited Marshmallow update for their device is now finally on its way to them.
