halo-5-firefight-beta

Since the start of this beta didn’t go as well as 343 Industries would have wanted it to, it has decided to extend the Halo 5 Warzone Firefight beta. The beta has been extended for two days and it will end on Tuesday. Players now have some extra time to experience the beta for Halo 5: Guardians Warzone Firefight mode.

Halo 5: Guardians Warzone Firefight is a new co-op mode of Warzone which allows up to eight players to fight waves of enemies that increase in difficulty as each wave is cleared. Players are also up against multiple objectives and rounds with strict time limits.

Technical problems prevented many players from logging into the servers when the Firefight mode for Halo 5 went live in beta. 343 Industries acknowledged the problems and worked to resolve them so that players could gain access and get to play the beta before it ended.

Clearly there were enough complaints to persuade 343 Industries that it needed to extend the Firefight beta so that players who couldn’t properly get a sense for Firefight because of the issues were not left out and were able to put it through its paces as well. The beta has now been extended until Tuesday, April 19th, and will end at 10am PT.
