honor-5c-tenaaHuawei might be on the verge of rolling out their Huawei P9 Max in the coming days, but this does not mean that they do not have any other kinds of handsets that are in the pipeline, right? In fact, we have just gotten whiff of the Huawei Honor 5C thanks to TENAA certification (which is the equivalent of the FCC over in China), and hence this has shown off the hardware specifications as well as what the Huawei 5C would look like, and it does seem as though a launch later at the end of this month is most likely.

It was in late April last year that the Huawei Honor 4C was released, which means the Honor 5C would not be too far off the mark for a reveal one year since then. In terms of hardware specifications, we do expect to see the Huawei Honor 5C come with a 5.2” Full HD display, a Kirin 650 64-bit octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, a decent 2,900 mAh battery, and a 13MP shooter at the back alongside an 8MP front-facing camera for narcissistic folks.

It also does seem that the Huawei Honor 5C will come with another variant that has slightly higher specifications such as double the internal memory and 3GB of RAM. Regardless, do expect it to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow right out of the box, albeit with Huawei’s Emotion UI overlay on top of it.
