f1-plusIt looks like the Oppo F1 Plus, which was deemed to be the rebadged version of the Oppo R9, is now made official, where it will come with speedy fingerprint recognition as teased earlier one week back. The Oppo F1 Plus will be making its way to the African, Southeast Asian and European markets, and it will certainly make a mark in terms of design that allows it to keep up with the times.

One will find that the Oppo F1 Plus arrives with a 5.5” AMOLED display that is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 4, delivering Full HD resolution for your eyes alongside a pixel density of 401ppi. Underneath the hood, one should be able to find 4GB of RAM, an octa-core Helio P10 processor that hails from Mediatek which has been clocked to 2.0GHz, 64GB of internal memory, and a fast-charging 2,850mAh battery.

Of course, just like many other handsets from China-based companies, the Oppo F1 Plus will also arrive with Dual SIM capability, with the second slot doubling up as a microSD memory card slot as well, allowing you to bump it up by another 128GB if you so desire. There is a 16MP sensor and a f/2.0 aperture for the front-facing camera, clearly making this a selfie handset of choice if you are in the market for a mid-range device. Expect the Oppo F1 Plus to arrive in Europe sometime next month, while countries in Africa and Southeast Asia will receive it shortly.
