Learning how to use a piece of software for personal use is one thing, but learning how to get the most out of a piece of software in a business setting is another. This is why there are companies out there that specialize in training employees of an organization how to use a particular software, whether it be Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and etc.

Now as far as Google Apps are concerned, a company called Synergyse has been offering up training for companies on how to use Google’s suite of apps, but it looks like you won’t have to pay for training in the future because Google has recently announced that they have acquired the company.

What this means is that moving forward, businesses and organizations that need to learn how to use Google Apps will be able to do so for free. “By joining the Google Apps team, we can accelerate our mission because we will be working even closer with the teams that build Google Apps. Advancing our mission at a faster speed is very exciting for the Synergyse team and our customers will directly see the benefits as we move forward.”

As expected the financial details of the acquisition was not mentioned, but this is an acquisition that makes sense. After all if Google makes the apps, shouldn’t they be the ones that teach them how to use it too?
