uncharted_fortune_hunterJust like Bethesda’s Fallout series, it was only after many releases on the PC that Bethesda decided to release a mobile spin-off called Fallout Shelter which went on to do very well for itself, and now it looks like Sony is doing the same thing with Uncharted by launching a mobile spin-off called Uncharted: Fortune Hunter.

According to the app’s description, “UNCHARTED: Fortune Hunter is an original action-puzzle adventure following Nathan Drake’s continued pursuit to uncover the long-lost treasures of history’s most notorious pirates, adventurers and thieves.” As is with most puzzle games, there will be various traps and defenses that players will need to navigate past in order to reclaim said treasure.

In some ways we are reminded a bit of Lara Croft GO, except that this is based on the Uncharted franchise. The game does look pretty good and the good news is that it is also a free download. However there are in-app purchases (naturally) so you’ll want to keep an eye out for that lest you don’t overspend. In any case if you’d like to check it out, the game is available on both iOS and Android, so hit up the iTunes App Store or Google Play for the download.
