You may not be an actual surgeon, but you can pretend to be one in a rather fun game called Surgeon Simulator. It’s like the game we used to play as children but only better. Notwithstanding your feelings towards the presumptive Republican nominee for president, Surgeon Simulator now enables you to virtually cut open the real estate mogul and tinker with his insides.

The Inside Donald Trump expansion has been released today for Surgeon Simulator, it tasks players with having to perform a heart transplant on the person running for the highest office in the land.

It’s a game after all so there are elements of fun in it. It’s up to players to decide whether they want to swap the heart with one made out of stone or with gold.

If you perform the procedure successfully, the heart you chose will go up on a tracker site alongside the choices made for Trump by every other pretend doctor in Surgeon Simulator. A running total cost of the procedures will be updated on the tracker as well.

You’ll be able to play with his infamous hair during the operation, and even get to play with some of Trump’s signature products like Trump Vodka and Trump Steaks.

The Inside Donald Trump expansion is free for Surgeon Simulator Anniversary Edition owners, those who own the game’s 2013 edition can update to the latest version for $2 until June 11th on Steam, and then get the Trump expansion for $0.60, that’s 80 percent off the regular price.
