Last year it was rumored that Netflix could be considering reviving the Gilmore Girls TV series and sure enough earlier this year, the rumors were confirmed. Now unfortunately the release date of the revival has yet to be determined, but the good news is that if you’re looking to play some catchup ahead of its release or see what the fuss is about, you will soon be able to do so.
Netflix has announced that come 1st of July, Netflix subscribers will be able to watch every single episode from Gilmore Girls. Given that the series spanned 7 seasons, and with seasons back then lasting for about 20+ episodes each, this means that you’ll have exactly 153 episodes to look forward to, which safe to say is a lot of binge watching!
Even better news is that the episodes will be available everywhere around the world as long as you have a valid Netflix subscription. While Netflix’s efforts to expand around the world has been applauded, there are many who were quick to criticize the fact that while Netflix might be available in new markets, its TV series and movies aren’t the same across the board.
There are some countries with more shows than the others, and this is despite everyone paying the same price. In any case hopefully this will somewhat make up for it, so mark the dates down and keep an eye out for its release.
