Last month when Activision announced Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, they also announced that they would be releasing a remastered copy of Modern Warfare. Now if you were wondering when you could get your hands on Modern Warfare, the good news is that if you are a PS4 gamer, it looks like you guys will be able to get the game earlier than everyone else.

During Sony’s conference at E3 this year, they announced that PS4 gamers will be getting the Modern Warfare remaster 30 days earlier as a timed exclusive. This means that PS4 gamers will be able to start enjoying the game earlier than other gamers, like those on the Xbox One platform, for example.

With Infinite Warfare pegged for a release on the 4th of November, PS4 gamers will be able to play the game early October, so mark that date down on your calendars. So far it seems that while Infinite Warfare has received negative feedback based on the trailer, the Modern Warfare remaster has received quite a lot of positive feedback.

This video even shows the comparison of graphics between the original and remastered graphics, with the latter more or less coming off feeling like an entirely brand new game, which we guess could very well end up being the Call of Duty title that gamers wished was made instead of Infinite Warfare.
