There are so many different mechanical keyboards out there that safe to say that as consumers we are spoilt for choice. Now some of you guys might have heard of Roccat before, the company known for their gaming peripherals like keyboards and mice. If you have, you might be interested to learn that the company has unveiled a new mechanical gaming keyboard.

Dubbed the Suora, this is the company’s latest mechanical keyboard offering and one of the highlights of the keyboard would be its “frameless” design. What do we mean by that? If you check out the video above, you’ll notice that the keyboard’s keys are all pretty much set to the edge of the frame of the keyboard.

This gives it the illusion that there is no frame. In reality we guess this makes it take up less space on your tablet, which for some might be important, but overall we reckon it’s a pretty nice design. It also sports raised keys which hopefully makes typing more of a breeze. The keyboard will also feature blue backlighting and anti-ghosting features.

Unfortunately the company did not share what kind of mechanical switches the keyboard uses. While Cherry’s MX range of switches have been popular in the past, these days companies are starting to develop their own keyboard switches so for all we know, Roccat could have done the same. No word on pricing either, but it is expected to be made available in July.
