deezer logoThe music streaming market is pretty crowded. We have the likes of Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, and Pandora, just to name a few. However it looks like we have a new contender thrown into the mix in the form of Deezer, the 9-year old music streaming service that will now be available on a wider scale in the US market.

Now some of you guys might be a bit puzzled by this because Deezer has been available in the US for a while now. However it should be pointed out that Deezer’s availability was limited to AT&T’s Cricket Wireless customers, as well as some Bose and Sonos owners in which the service was bundled together with the speakers.

So what happens here is that Deezer will now be available across the US regardless of whether you are an AT&T subscriber or if you don’t have a pair of Bose of Sonos speaker systems. Deezer will be priced at $10 a month with a free 30-day trial. As it stands, Deezer already boasts 6 million subscribers worldwide, so we can only imagine that by launching in the US, it will probably stand to gain a few more.

Of course whether or not Deezer will succeed in such a crowded market remains to be seen, but we suppose having more options to choose from is always welcome. Those interested in checking it out can go ahead and sign up for its free trial to get started.
