galaxy-note-7-black-onyxAs we inch closer towards the 2nd of August, it isn’t that surprising to discover that more leaks of the Galaxy Note 7 are making their way online. Last we saw was a rendering of the handset that was depicted in a coral blue finish, and now thanks to a post by TechDroider, a real-life image of the Galaxy Note 7 in a black onyx finish has been spotted.

Apart from the difference in the paint job, both the rendering and this photo look more or less the same in terms of design and features. At the top of the phone we can clearly see what appears to be the iris scanner for the phone that will help with security, although we have to wonder if Samsung will also be retaining the fingerprint sensor.

Other than that, both sides of the phone’s displays are curved which isn’t too surprising since all the rumors have pointed towards the fact that this year’s Galaxy Note will only come in a curved screen variant. Unfortunately there is no image of the S Pen, but last we heard it was supposed to be redesigned, although the previous render showed that it looked pretty much the same as its predecessors.

In any case it’s best taken with a grain of salt for now, but like we said the 2nd of August is when Samsung will reveal all the official details, so check back with us then for more information.
