note 7As we inch closer towards the 2nd of August, which is when Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Note 7, we guess we can’t say we’re too surprised with the amount of leaked information that has been making its way online. The latest leak comes courtesy of Evan Blass who tweeted a rendering of the Note 7.

As you can see in the rendering, it shows off the phone in a close-up image where we can clearly make out the curved display, which according to the rumors, will be the only variant we can expect (meaning that those who prefer a flat display are out of luck). It also shows us the S Pen that will accompany the phone.

Now according to an earlier rumor, it was said that the S Pen for the Note 7 could be undergoing a redesign. However from what we can tell in this image, save for the new color option, the S Pen for the Note 7 looks more or less identical to the Galaxy Note 5 and its predecessors, so perhaps the change could simply be about the S Pen’s features rather than its hardware design.

Then again, the S Pen does its job just fine, so why fix something that isn’t broken, right? In any case we have a couple of weeks to go before the official announcement, but in the meantime how are you guys digging the Note 7 so far?
