oneplus_3_4After announcing an update and releasing it, OnePlus inexplicably halted it. The company did not dive into specifics but stated that there were some reports of issues with the update, which is why they had to stop it to take a look at the problem. The good news is that the update has since resumed.

This is according to a post on the OnePlus forums which reads, “As you may have noticed, we paused the recent OxygenOS 3.2.0 rollout. Rather than continuing that rollout, we’re skipping right ahead to 3.2.1. If you’ve already updated to 3.2.0, this update includes some additional improvements. If you haven’t, don’t worry. This update includes all of the 3.2.0 improvements as well.”

OnePlus still does not go into any specifics regarding what those issues might be that were specific to the update (we speculated that it could be something to do with exposing IMEI), but either way we guess it doesn’t really matter as long as the issue, whatever it is, has been resolved. OnePlus 3 users should be able to look forward to the update as it begins rolling out.

If you don’t see it yet, don’t worry as it should make its way onto your handset eventually.
