gnote 7The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will be the company’s latest flagship and it is expected to be announced on the 2nd of August. This will be a brand new phone from Samsung, but interestingly enough it seems that Samsung and T-Mobile will be hosting a very generous promotion for the upcoming handset.

According to a tweet by Evan Blass, he has revealed that T-Mobile is expected to hold a BOGO (buy one get one) promotion for the Galaxy Note 7. Like we said, for a brand new handset this seems to be a tad generous. Usually we only see BOGO promotions for older handsets and/or when retailers are trying to clear inventory.

In Samsung’s case, we’re guessing they want the Note 7 to reach as many hands as soon as possible, even if it means that they will potentially take a loss on this generous offer. Naturally this offer will come with a few catches here and there, such as requiring users to sign up for new accounts and new lines, but if you’re in the market for a couple of new phones, why not?

T-Mobile and Samsung have yet to officially announce anything so do take it with a grain of salt for now, but remember to check back with us in the coming weeks for more updates.
