Fatshark is bringing its popular PC game to high-end consoles. It has confirmed that Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide, the game which sold more than 500,000 copies on PC alone, is going to be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this October. The Skaven-infested game proved to be very popular with PC gamers and Fatshark will be hoping that the momentum carries over to the consoles as well.

Aside from the core Warhammer: End Times­ Vermintide game, the console port will also include the Last Stand game mode including its two maps.

Players are tasked with fending off hordes of Skaven in this mode with each horde being difficult to outlast than the previous one. The gameplay gets more exciting as it progresses so it’s one to try if you pick up this game.

The console port of the game includes the Drachenfels and Sigmar’s Blessing DLC which add three maps and additional content to the game. Gamers on the console will certainly have a lot to enjoy once they start playing.

Fatshark is going to publish the digital versions of this game for consoles itself while it has teamed up with Nordic Games for worldwide distribution of physical copies.
