sony ps4Little to nothing is known about Sony’s upcoming PS4 Neo, save for the fact that it exists. However there have been rumors regarding its specs and features, and while we can’t say for sure if they are real, whatever the specs and features are, Bethesda appears to be a huge fan of it, which should be good news for gamers who are looking forward to more games from the company.

In an interview with GameSpot during QuakeCon 2016, Bethesda’s Pete Hines was quoted as saying, “I think that kind of stuff is great. I mean, having more robust hardware is … We’re big fans of it.” However he did not share the details of the console, or at least what he knew about the console, but that shouldn’t be surprising.

As to what this means for the company, Hines stated that it’s a bit too early to tell. “What that does for us, I mean, right now it’s all talk, right? They’re not out and we’re still early days on it. It remains to be seen exactly what impact it has.” Prior to this, Hines had also expressed his optimism about the upcoming Nintendo NX.

In the meantime last we heard, the Sony PS4 Neo could very well be unveiled in September. There has been talk about it appearing at the Tokyo Game Show, but apparently Sony could choose to host their own event instead. Either way we are intrigued.
