So by now gamers have probably heard that apart from the PS4 Neo, Sony has another PS4 console in the works called the PS4 Slim, which from what we can tell is basically a slimmed down version of the original console. However it seems that there could be more to the console than just a new design.
A recent video uploaded to YouTube by ZRZ has revealed that the PS4 Slim could also be getting a new DualShock 4 controller. On the exterior, the controller looks the same as the current DualShock 4. However there are some subtle differences, such as its color scheme which is apparently slightly more grey than black.
There is also a new light bar that sits on top of the touchpad that will flash when attempting to turn on the console with the PS button on the controller. Other than that, the rest of the controller looks pretty much the same, so we reckon that existing PS4 owners probably won’t be missing out on too much.
In the meantime, Sony has already scheduled a conference for the 7th of September where it is widely believed that both the PS4 Neo and the PS4 Slim will be announced and detailed, so remember to check back with us then for more coverage.
