no-mans-sky-officialSeveral days ago, No Man’s Sky for the PC was released but unfortunately it was not off to a great start. Many gamers were reporting various problems plaguing the PC version of the game, including stuttering and crashing. The good news is that Hello Games are aware of these issues and it looks like a patch is in the works.

In fact the developers have also released an experimental patch that gamers can check out if they’re so inclined. The patch will pretty much address all of the technical issues that gamers have been suffering, such as mouse jittering, crashing after Alt-Tabbing from the game, stuttering framerates, and so on.

According to the folks at Game Informer who have tried out the patch, for the most part it seems that it has indeed solve some of the technical woes, which means that when the patch is released for real, it should get the game playable. That being said, if you’d like to check out the patch for yourself you will have to enable it.

Interested gamers will have to right-click the game in their Steam library, go to Properties and select the “Betas” tab, and then typing in the code “3xperimental”. According to Hello Games, they expect the final patch to be released next week but in the meantime if you’d like a preview, then maybe this experimental patch could be worth checking out.
