smart_keyboard_ukThere are a good many of us who type in English, so seeing English keyboards is pretty common. Also finding an English keyboard online is pretty easy as the majority of keyboards being sold are in English. However for those who do not speak the language, their options become considerably less.

However the good news is that according to a report from 9to5Mac, it seems that Apple has started to sell international Smart Keyboards for the iPad Pro. In case you’re unfamiliar, the Smart Keyboard is an accessory for the iPad Pro. It connects to the tablet via the Smart Connector dock and also doubles up as a case.

The report claims that the Smart Keyboard will be offered in British English, French, Spanish, Korean, Italian and Arabic, and it will also be available for both the 9.7-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models. However it should be noted that these localized keyboards are only available in the markets that support the language.

This means that if you wanted a British English keyboard for your iPad Pro but you live in the US, it seems that you would be out of luck. We’re not sure if there are plans to offer international keyboards in the US in the future, but for now it doesn’t look like it.
