oppo_f1sIn a world where selfies are becoming increasingly common, manufacturers certainly have to up their game. For example we’re seeing camera makers create cameras aimed at selfie lovers, or at the very least including features and functions that selfie lovers can take advantage of. Smartphone OEMs have also hopped on board by offering up better front-facing cameras.

However we reckon that OPPO might have most smartphone makers beat. The company has recently announced their latest selfie smartphone in the form of the OPPO F1s. This is a smartphone that packs a whopping 16MP 1/3.1-inch sensor in the front with an aperture of f/2.0, meaning that your selfies will be as sharp and as detailed as ever, plus the wider aperture will also help at night when lighting isn’t as readily available.

There are also features like Beautify 4.0, a selfie panorama, filters, and more. In fact it seems that there is a lot more emphasis placed on the front camera because the rear-facing camera of the phone is only that of a 13MP shooter, but then again chances are you would be buying this phone for its front camera capabilities.

Other specs of the OPPO F1s includes a 5.5-inch 720p HD display, an octa-core Cortex-A53 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage that can be expanded via microSD, and a 3,075mAh battery. It will also be priced at around $275.
