The other day Blizzard introduced the Demon Hunter class and Demon Invasion event to World of Warcraft. This is to lead up to the Legion expansion, giving players a bit of a backstory and some content to do that acts as a prelude heading towards the expansion. Now if you’re already getting a bit bored, don’t worry as there is new content for you guys.

Blizzard has announced that they will be increasing the frequency of the Demon Invasion event. Prior to this, the events took place every four hours, with two invasions happening at once. With this increase in frequency, players should be able to take part in more if they’re so inclined. The invasions give players loot that lets them get up to ilvl 700 or higher, and Nethershards which are used to purchase items like transmog armor sets.

In addition to the increase in frequency, Blizzard also announced new quests. “The next stage in the World of Warcraft: Legion pre-expansion experience has begun! As of August 16, new quests involving Dalaran, the Council of Six, Jaina Proudmoore, Magni Bronzebeard, and Khadgar are underway.”

If you were to login with your character now, you should be able to see Khadgar’s Upgraded Servant standing next to you with a quest that will take you to Dalaran. If you’re curious you can check out the video above courtesy of Wowhead which is a walkthrough of the quest, but they do contain spoilers so beware!
