We’ve all had bad experiences with customer service before, and we all react differently. Some of us file complaints, some of us pull our accounts out immediately, some demand to speak to a supervisor, but over in Dijon, France, a recent video has surfaced which shows a very angry Apple customer going around smashing the products in the store.

In the video above, you can see the man who appears to be somewhat calm walking around the Apple store and undocking various products, such as iPhones, iPods, MacBooks, and with a steel ball in his hand, he starts smashing away at them. We’re not 100% sure what set him off, apparently he can be heard talking about his consumer’s right, and how he was peeved at the way Apple handled his support case.

As security arrives to escort him out, he does try to flee but is stopped. Ultimately the police had to be called in where he was then taken into custody. Like we said, we’ve all encountered bad customer service before, but to go into a store to smash property probably isn’t the best way to go about resolving your issues. If you have a few minutes to spare, you can check out the videos above and below to see what happened in the store and the aftermath.
