Battlefield 1 is one of the most highly anticipated games of this year. If the record-breaking numbers that its first beta run saw are any indication, this game might very well be a hit at launch. EA has now confirmed the release date for the first free trial of Battlefield 1 for EA Access and Origin Access subscribers. The Battlefield 1 Play First trial for these subscribers will begin soon.

Those who subscribe to EA Access and Origin Access will be able to play Battlefield 1 on October 13th. They will get ten hours of gameplay after which they will have to wait until everyone else for the game to be officially released.

Ten hours of gameplay for an upcoming game is promised as an incentive to EA Access and Origin Access subscribers. EA lets them play new games ahead of schedule for ten hours before locking them out until the actual release day.

Subscribers will get access to five maps and four modes during their Play First Trial for Battlefield 1. They will also be able to get a taste of the singleplayer campaign. All of their progress from this trial will be carried over when the full game is released.

Those who play during this period will also unlock exclusive content such as the Trench Raider Dog tag. If they play all ten hours before the game is released they will have a Battlepack waiting in the full game. Battlefield 1 is going to be released worldwide on October 21st.
