When Apple removed the headphone jack from the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, it caused quite a stir. It even prompted this prank video that taught users how to get the headphone jack back by drilling a hole into their new devices, which obviously ended badly for those who actually followed through with it.

Now if you’re truly desperate to own the iPhone 7 and have a headphone jack, there is an Indiegogo campaign for a iPhone case called the Fuze Case that will indeed bring the headphone jack back. The best part is that no drilling is required. Essentially the Fuze Case is a battery case for the iPhone 7 that also comes with a headphone jack.

This means that users can charge their phone and use the headphone jack at the same time. It also keeps the Lightning port free so that you can charge your phone, dock it, or use whatever accessory that might require it. However we should note that using the case kind of renders the water-resistant capabilities of the phone moot.

While the phone itself is still water-resistant, the case is not. So while your phone might survive a dunk in the pool, the case might not, and that’s something to consider if you want to invest in the Fuze Case. If you’d like to learn more or pledge your support, hit up its Indiegogo page for the details.
