quantum-break-release-delay
Quantum Break was released earlier this year for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. The game has been developed by Max Payne and Alan Wake veteran Remedy. We were told that this game would be available later this year on Steam as well as in physical form and even though the release was initially supposed to take place on September 14th, it’s here today. Quantum Break is now finally available on Steam for PC gamers.

Quantum Break performed well at launch, Microsoft said that it “sold really well” and even exceeded its expectations. PC gamers could previously get this game only via Microsoft’s Windows Store. The Steam and physical release were supposed to take place on September 14th but the developer required more time to manufacture the physical discs which is why the release was delayed.

The PC versions of Quantum Break feature all of the latest updates for the game and cost $40. A Timeless Collector’s Edition has been released as well which comes with premium packaging, an artbook, a soundtrack CD, and a making-of Blu-ray disc.

What PC gamers would be most interested in is whether or not the Steam version of Quantum Break requires Windows 10. There’s good news for them, it doesn’t. Quantum Break is now readily available for download via Steam.
