iphone-7-plus-size-BThere is usually a good reason to upgrade your iPhone once every two years. For those who love getting their hands on a brand new design, Apple typically refreshes their iPhone designs every two years. Alternatively for those who are after new features and a refined model, the S series of iPhones are also refreshed every two years.

That being said, with the iPhone 7 just announced yesterday, there’s probably a good chance that there are quite a few of you guys out there who are still holding onto the iPhone 6/6 Plus. If you are planning on upgrading to the iPhone 7/7 Plus, you’ll be pleased to learn that T-Mobile has announced a new trade-in plan for you guys.

According to T-Mobile’s announcement, “Starting September 9 at 12:01am PT, all new and current T-Mobile customers can pre-order a new iPhone 7 from T-Mobile and get up to $650 in monthly bill credits over 24 months when they trade-in their iPhone 6 or newer model. Want a different model or more memory? Just pay a little more upfront.”

Basically it sounds like you could trade-in an iPhone 6 for an almost-free iPhone 7, although we’re guessing that not everyone will get the maximum trade-in value. However if you are planning on upgrading and don’t know what to do with an extra phone, this could be a way to save a couple of bucks.
